The RAM 1500 has long been one of the most iconic pickup trucks on the market. Though it used to be called the Dodge Ram, the model has technically been around since 1981. It made the transition to the RAM 1500 when the brand spun off into its own entity separate from Dodge and has since gained even more popularity and notoriety, earning its place among “the big three” and consistently being one of the best-selling vehicles across the country. This year the pickup truck is poised to have a huge year with new variants like the Ramcharger and REV being introduced, but today we’ll simply talk about the traditional gas-powered 2025 RAM 1500, of which we have plenty for sale here at Jim Glover CDJRF in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
As we already mentioned, there will be plenty new for the RAM nameplate this year with new variants being introduced, but what about that gas-powered RAM 1500 itself? What’s changed in it for the new 2025 model year? Well, the new variants accompany a mid-generation refresh as the traditional RAM 1500 has also received plenty of upgrades and enhancements. For example, two new trim levels have joined the lineup, including an off-road focused model called the RHO and a new top-of-the-line premium trim level called Tungsten.
Also, depending on which trim level and available options you choose, you could have up to 50” of display screens in your RAM 1500. This would include a new 14.5” Uconnect 5 display, a 12.3” digital instrument cluster, a Head-Up Display, a 10.25” passenger screen and the digital rearview mirror. A new 3.0L Hurricane engine is available on certain trim levels as well, offering 420 horsepower alongside 469 pound-feet of torque. There are plenty of other exciting updates and enhancements, so you can feel free to give us a call here at the sales desk if you’d like to learn more.
There are a ton of trim levels for you to choose from when shopping for your very own 2025 RAM 1500. Many of them are available in different configurations and might even offer additional packages and features, so you are spoiled for options when shopping for your pickup. Check out below for a brief overview of the various trim levels.
